It has a dense homogeneous consistency, a shiny and dry surface on the cut. Color - from light yellow to yellow, homogeneous throughout the entire mass.

Sweet cream butter unsalted of TM "Eurofarm", with fat content of 79.5%, has a pronounced flavor of pasteurized cream and a milk taste, conditioned by high-temperature pasteurization of cream. It has a dense homogeneous consistency, a shiny and dry surface on the cut. Color - from light yellow to yellow, homogeneous throughout the entire mass.
